  I made two bookings. The first was 28-30 January. I then made a second booking for 31 January. I took the booking for 31 January to the reception on the evening of 30, showed my Booked.net booking and asked if we could stay in the same room and she made a call and said we would be in the same room and it was all confirmed. At 12.30 midday on 31 January I received a call from Le Parc Bellevue asking when I was going to move out as the hotel was fully booked and if I wanted to stay in the same room an extra night it would cost 125 euros. I returned to Le Parc Bellevue at 1.30 pm on 31 January and found my key to the room did not work any more. Fortunately my wife was still inside the room and could let me in. I went to reception and showed them my Booked.net reservation for 31 January at a cost of 95 euro including buffet breakfast for 2 included and the receptionist was very surprised and said the booking had not been entered in the system. After a while she was able to sort it out. I asked for breakfast vouchers for tomorrow but she said just give your room number. The breakfast will be automatically included now. We went to breakfast. It was included in the bill, and we were charged the correct amount for the two combined bookings.

  I liked its location being within easy walking distance from the city centre, its convenient parking, its businesslike but non-intrusive attention to its guests and the efficient running of the hotel. I would deffinitely use this hotel if I was in Luxembourg

  There was nothing that caused me any disappointment. Perhaps the overnight parking charge was a little on the high side compared with many similar city hotels.

  Nice view from the window, quiet surrounding and park nearby, large room, good breakfast, free wifi in the lobby. Not far from the city center and bus stops.

  Would be free internet in the room.

  The best features were a convenient restaurant, very modern rooms and very easy access to the historic quarter and parks

  Price was so good and didn't expect such a nice room. Bed extra comfy clean and good space.

  The hotel is located conveniently close to the city centre. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and the view out of the window was nice. It was very quiet and we had a very good night sleep. We very much enjoyed the breakfast - the choice and quality were better than we expected.

  On the negative side, the hotel feels a bit like a student accommodation or a conference centre, I.E. quite impersonal. But we knew what we were booking, so it was fine.

  great location, walking distance to the center but also far away that its quiet and not crowded. good breakfast!

  parking is 17 euros but was able to find free parking nearby.

  The bath and wc was separeted. This was good in the daytime. At nigth it was a little caotic, but we did not enjured ourselves anyway.

  The roomlady didn't change the used glasses. May be it was not her duty.

  It was close to the old part of the city and had parking ffacilities but it cost an additional 17 euros. The breakfast was of good quality and a large selection

  This hotel is a 1970's design and the only word to describe it is that it is a carbuncle of a building and the interior was dated with holes in the wall where pictures once hung. It was a relatively clean hotel but I would not return. When booking in the girl at the front desk has most of her lunch on her chin and down her shirt. The hotel charged 17 euros to park a car for one night

  It is sometimes difficult to find service in English in Europe and it was much apprciated to be served with friendly staff able to speak good English.

  Breakfast was avoided as we thought it was too expensive.
